She is the next youngest Gallagher brother. Within the start with the series Debbie is outlined by Frank as being “delivered from the gods.” But we soon learn that outline is a little of an exaggeration. Except not by much because she is extremely adult and grounded for her era, to such an extent that she’s stress pertaining and interacting with young ones in her generation. Yet an ironic twist as Debbie gets older she gets to be more immature, immoral, self-centered, egotistical, kinky, and delusional, this basically means like Frank.
Month 1
